Carbon Armor™ cases leverage the unique characteristics of CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics), an advanced composite utilizing continuous fiber in a thermoplastic matrix, with a proprietary manufacturing process. Our processing techniques and materials science combine to yield a family of products that are without peer.

Carbon Armor™ cases' extreme light weight (1/2 that of aluminum) and high strength (2x the strength of steel and 6x the torsion, tensile and sheer strength of aluminum) will deliver performance improvements and cost savings throughout multiple transportation and deployment cycles. At only 2mm thickness, our case walls are the thinnest in the composite case industry, resulting in a container as much as 50% lighter than competitive rackmount cases, yet markedly stronger and resilient.
